I tried press F8 as windows booted up (thought that didn’t work anymore) and finally I get the option to start in safe mode, and windows finally said it was unable to install the update and returned me to previous setting!. I used a recovery cd, tried most of the advanced options and restore points, nothing worked!. Guess what I get the dreaded circling dots again against black backround!.
I did it again, I trusted windows 10 to install the above update.
